Tour Of The Wolds

Today the ‘Tour of the Wolds’ cycle race came through Binbrook for the first time and what a glorious day it was. The sun shone from a clear blue sky and the temperature was more like July than April.
The day began with the ladies race in the morning, then in the afternoon it was the men’s turn.
Needless to say each race was preceded by police out-riders
and lots of spare bikes.

As we know what goes up must come down, though by this time the field had spread out somewhat.
And what did Poppy do whilst all of this was going on?
