Our First Rainbow

Well it’s Thursday morning and not an up-stand or stand-up in sight, so we’ve been filling our time with sitting in the garden (well it’s been very warm!) and putting shelves up.
Remember the old cupboard next to the old fireplace? You can barely see it in the first picture behind the acrow prop.
Here is a better picture of both of them. The cupboard used to house the old hot water cylinder which was attached to the plumbing system and the fire-back boiler by some very heavy, very old, lead piping.
However it would have originally been a store cupboard and we have returned it to that by recycling some shelves from one of the sitting rooms, so now it is once more a very large, very useful, pantry cupboard.
This is the top bit which we finished first, but as I write I’ve just put the final coat of paint on the bottom section, so should be able to fill it up tomorrow.
We’ve also had our first ‘Grassy Bottom’ rainbow, and very nice it was too.
