Skye

In July 2010, somewhere in Scotland, a litter of labrador puppies was born. Several weeks later my sister and her husband, who were looking to get 2 dogs, went to see them.
How would they choose? After all, every puppy is cute, right?
In the end, they didn’t have to, the 2 puppies chose them!
And so for the next 14 years, brothers Arran and Skye, lived their best lives with Janice and Graham in the beautiful Scottish Highlands of Aberdeenshire.
I met them several times, but couldn’t actually tell them apart,
though they had quite different personalities.
Arran was quiet and calm, Skye rather more excitable and energetic as you can see.
But, as we know all good things must come to an end, and sadly Skye passed away on May 28th 2024 after a short illness.
R.I.P. Skye
Much loved, sadly missed, never forgotten.
