Flaming June!

If you begin an outdoor project in December, as we did, you expect the occasional hold up due to bad weather, and we certainly had our fair share. But in June you expect something a little better.
No chance! The weather is terrible and on Sunday afternoon the rain was of Biblical proportions. In the space of about 30 minutes a small lake formed across the main road through the village,
which provided some light relief in an otherwise miserable day.
Where is summer?
